10: Dress Pants

Dress pants are the workhorses(做重活的人) of your office wardrobe. From formal(正式的) pantsuits(裤套装) to casual(随便的) bottoms, you'll be seeing these things almost as often as the nearby Starbucks barista(咖啡师). Of all the pants in your wardrobe, this the one pair which you can't afford to go low rider -- at the office, anywhere between the bust and the knees is a skin-free zone.

You'll be logging a lot of miles in your work pants, so try to pick up something that's both tough and tasteful(雅观的). Adurable(耐用的) wool blend(混合) should work, for example. Also, do yourself a favor and skip the pleats(褶) -- you'll save countless(无数的) hours over the ironing board.
